At my school there was a petition to give minors the right to have a restraining order. (As a way of stopping abusive relationships from happening.) I signed up for it, thinking it seemed like a good idea. And I doubted the power could be abused. But that makes me curious what do you guys think. (I can't think of a reason as to why would someone not want this.)
