Another Tchaikovsky fan here, although my favorite of his is the Slavic March. I made a post on Facebook about it a while ago, here's a screenshot of it.

Oh, and here's a link to the particular rendition I listen to. I imagine there are several different ones. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5poSw7tFLB4

This is a really tough choice for me. It comes down to a two-way tie between Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings and Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor. Both of them are spine-tinglingly good!

Oh dear, there's so many for me. some of my favourites are isle of the dead by Rachmaninoff (which has influenced many of my own compositions) les tendres Plaintes by Rameau and Scheherazade by Rimsky Korsakov. So many hundreds to choose from. Not including renaissance era and music of the previous eras. My classical collection is quite large.

I couldn't pick one favourite, but today's lucky winner is Symphony no. 25 in Gm by Mozart

Pachelbel Canon in D is one of my faves. I prefer a piano version if anything, but stringed is okay too.
