Inexpensive Commission Open

Name your own price (just be fair and reasonable is all).  I am operating on Paypal, looking to save at least $200 to get some parts for my car.


Talk to me through PM on details for what you'd like.  (cel-shaded, smooth shading) (cartoonish or realistic) (background) so on and so forth.
