Panic Attack, need some answers!!

Hello.. yesturday I had a Panic attack, so I was sitting on my bed, My mind was blank, nothing, no images, not even exsistance, it was like a shut down, but when i reached up to whipe my head, i was expecting a horses head, but yet i wasnt expecting it either, i looked at the rest of me, and well horse body, So i panic and screamed and squirmed for a few seconds, then snapped back into reality.. then the reamining night my arms and legs felt like heck..
 
Can any1 help me figure out why it happend..

You could have shifted for a little bit.

maybe you rolled on the bed, or your brain felt like it lost balance or something

Maybe you fell asleep, or were falling asleep. Sometimes when you are you have something called hypnogagic imagery. These images/feelings can get pretty freaky and can seem totally real.

you could of had an shift befor or a very vied dream. i have had shifts like that befor in the middle of the day. i dont think its any thing to worry about

but i wasnt dreaming, nothing was going on in ther, my eyes were open.. they stayed open..

I've had something very similar happen to me a few times, Like Icy and Ebony Wolf said, it's usually called shifting. It's like you feel like your fursona for a little bit and half-expect you physical body structure to be the same, so it can be a bit freaky sometimes.

Oh, and it can happen almost anytime, even If it's Noon.

I'm not promoting a furry website...I swear.  >.<  Anywhere there's a sort of belief system called Therianthropy, some consider it to be a religion(type) thingy...hard to explain.  http://www.werelist.net/forums/ will help explain a lot of what you're describing (plus it's a nice community).  But they talk about shifting and stuff, it's pretty informative even though I don't really put myself in that community anymore.

yeah but therian beliefs are more based on spiritual beliefs that you carrie the sole of an animal in steed of a human sole.

true, your panic attack could of also been caused by something you have eaten or drunken, i know chi tea dose that to some people.
