Title: For A Good cause
Post by: Master Phil B on January 24, 2007, 12:24:52 PM
This is a medieval fantasy set in a fictional country called Madeon, the characters have just escaped from a small village on the southern border that was being surrounded by imperial troops. As they were hiding in a deserted barn, they were joined by an injured black wolf. While the wolf slept, the fox, Razi went through His clothing finding a plaque hidden in his shirt.
   It turned out that the soldiers were looking for the wolf, who had some information to get to the emperor. After escaping through the forest, they head towards the mountains. In the foothills, they hide in a cave owned by a dragoness Nyx. And this is where we start.

The usual rules of the forum apply Plus under no circumstances will any player try to control another players character. The moderator for this rp will be razi, her decision is final. Don’t argue with her.

The only addition to the rules of this rp that I have are:

1 - Pay attention to the other characters. If your post does not make sense with the current pattern of events, it will be deleted.

2- Post more than one sentance. If your character's not doing enough to warrant a paragraph of conversation, action or thought, then don't post.

3- You can use magic, but limited. Not everyone has magical powers, it's a rare thing.

4- No guns or modern weapons (sorry, Rhakshi). At the most, the technology level would allow you a wheel lock or flintlock pistol, which are highly unpredictable and blows up on you more often than they works. (yes, movies lie)

5- There will be no leader that decides the plot, but do be aware of plot twists other players may introduce and play along. The plot will just happen as the characters interact.

6- No out of character additions to your post. Say goodnight or whatever in IRC, not in the middle of the story.

7- No controlling another characters actions or reactions without permission. Yeah, I know we said this already, but it's important. It's not nice to put words in someone else's mouth, especially when you make their character do things that are out of character and contrast the personality the creator intended.

We will register another conference room in IRC for this RP for all who join us, since we had so much fun last time, and it does make for a more coordinated effort at creating a discernable plot. I will create the channel when we find we have use for one.

I open My eyes slowly, sitting up and looking around, I See razi still under her blanket. I get  to my paws, stretching, making my way outside. I look at the sky, see that it is lightening, daylight in an hour I think. Returning inside I get the fire going. Filling a Billie, I put some discarded bones in, bringing it to the boil. I crouch by the fire, warming Myself while I wait for the others to wake.

*~Nyx was thinking when a headache struck her... Darkness was trying to take over once more. She grabbed an herb out of a golden grail that sat at the edge of her pile of gold. She stuck it in her mouth and began to chew. The headache subsided, but the darkness remained. She stood up and grabbed a silk black pack; putting her two enchanted obsidian throwing axes, some various herbs, a smaller purple silk bag she filled to the rim with gold, a waterflask, and some bread along with wrapped meat into it. She threw the pack over her shoulder, and pulled her black cloak over her shoulders over the top of her chainmail armour. She loved her draconic armour... It was black chainmail covered with strong black metal for a breastplate and legs, cutting off at her ankles. Elaborate draconic (celtic like) symbols ran along it made from amethist stone... Her birhtstone. Her tail swayed, as she thought of going outside... Opening her door, she walked out to the cave entrance and sat on the ledge again. She ignored the black wolf that was building a fire. She was trying to relax again; clear her thoughts... especially that darkness... She didn't like it coming up at the time it had decided to.~*

Rhakshi woke up from upon the cave floor. "uhhh, my head" he searched around for the water in the cave and splashed it into his face. The cave started to get darker, as it had before, he stared at his hands as they started to become inshrouded in darkness, dark tentacles started to rise out of the ground and entangle Rhakshi. He took out his sword and started to lop at the tentacles and it seemingly worked.  The darkness then vanished. (" That thing wasn't kidding") He went outside to find the others.

Slowly picking her way along the rocky path that she followed, Karina looked up at the sky, "Hm getting close to dawn... I better try and find somewhere to rest...". Leaning heavily on her staff from wariness, continued climbing the twisting path.

Stumbling and muttering a curse she pulled herself back to her knees shakily and checked in her pocket... "Sorry Red, are you OK?" a muffled reply came from the opened pocket in her cloak, " Kupo...koo kup kupo..." and she replied, " We're almost to the top I think, not much farther now. We will both be able to rest and eat soon my friend"

As Karina turned a bend in the path, she could make out the faint smoke from a fire, from what appeared to be a cave higher up the mountain.

She opened her pocket again... "I'm sorry Red, I need to to come out for a minute, I know you want to rest while you can, but..." an angry "KUPO!" came from the pocket. "I'm sorry Red, just for a moment, I see something ahead."

The moggle muttered and came out in a whorl and became his normal size. "Red, I need you to go up and tell me what you see by that fire... we can't risk being seen by those filthy humans again" The moggle sighs and nods, and jumps up high in the air, sending mental images of a Wolfe stirring a fire to life and another fur approaching the front of the cave from inside.

"Well if their fursons, maybe they are friendly... certainly more so than those hated humans." the name was spat with disgust, leaving a bitter taste on her tongue. Karina opened her pocket again and Red returned to his hiding spot shrinking to fit in a whorl.

Clutching her staff tighter than before, Karina trudged up towards the cave... wondering what awaited them next.

Karina (a female Black Panther) is a Cleric, trained by her Grandmother since childhood, though a need for survival brought the need to learn some of the darker arts of the elements. Her childhood companion, a 3foot tall moggle named Red is the last known survivor of his people from Madain Sari who has magic of his own as well as an ability to share what he sees and feels with his childhood friend.

The Imperial troops was hard to shake off, but luckily he had darkness on his side, slowly eliminating them one by one as he ran,  they were many, and good at running in opposition to their heavy armoring.
After a while they had all been send to the dark realm from hence the newcomer had came, landing in the midst of the group of imperial soldiers, barely getting ahead from them in the minute of confusion. He sat down on the ground at a big tree at the base of a tall cliff, breathing out heavily from all the running.

When he came to he could feel darkness rewarding his generous offering, rewarding with a slight strengthening of his dark powers, his darkness-radiating eyes felt like they grew stronger i radiation. He had to laugh a bit, weak, to himself where he sat. and he spoke to himself in a likewise manner in his deep thundering voice;
"Fancy me running into such a source of strength, i can clearly imagine the dark ashes of their dead bodies blow over the ashlands of my darkness realm." He smirked and got to his feet, now almost rested.
He took a minute to look around, he had to escape from the imperial guards, so he hadn't had time to see where it led. He could however feel the presence of another dark soul, however this seemed determined to resist.
Not as he had, he could remember the day he stopped resisting darkness and then had overpowered darkness itself forcing it to obey him, he smirked the same way every time he thought of it.
Yes... It was a gathering of power he felt, not just the dark soul's. He needed to find out more. Curiosity was what killed the cat they said when he grew up, but he didn't believe so. After all it was curiosity that had made him stop resisting, and had it not only empowered him? He smirked of the thought, then slowly decreased to a 6th of his height, slowly reshaping himself into a dark raven, dark even for the raven standard. As the shapeshifting completed he shaked his feathers, making sure they were in order, then he spread his wings and took to the sky, it was a natural goodness to this place, he could sense it as if it was poking his beak. He flew in circles up the cliff, slowly increasing his altitude. Then he saw it, the ledge where the fire was, he flew to it and landed in not to close tree, watching them from a safe distance. He could not be sure what they would do if they found out who he was, so he summoned a cloud the envelope his mind so it could not be read. It might still be possible to read his negative aura, but that he didn't care about, hardly any could read aura's anymore. These fursons seemed to live in hiding in this cave, hiding from what? he thought, then almost as to answer himself he thought; from the imperials mayhaps.

He was satisfied with what his eyes had revealed of the fursons around the fire. And decided he was to pay them a visit. And flew down under an edge where he changed back into his furry dark wolf form.
The fur as dark as darkest midnight, his leathery longcoat blowing in the breeze from the height, revealing his dark outfit fully; He stood there in a black remnant top, black golden-buckled pants, a black leather belt which silvery buckle depicted a dark dragon entwined around a golden ankh. It was met by another, bigger golden ankh hanging around his neck. Both ankhs had set in a dark jewel which seemed to channel a dark flow. On his feet he had high boots as dark as the rest of his outfit with golden buckles all the way down the sides. His dark leathery longcoat was decorated with golden motives of dragons, tigers and wolfs in battle for their lives, with a blood-red and leaf-green coloring where it was needed. His low almost hiding black leathery hat had similar decor but only along the brim. He looked like the ruler he was, but he preferred not to take the lead, he found it much more entertaining to watch and influence a situation. He made his way up the thinning path only a short pace behind Karina, yet out of sight from her. As he came close to the top he stopped, hided and waited, letting the pantheress make her entrance first.

Nikola throws her pack over her shoulder and sighs. Hunting did not go well. In her pack there was a single grouse and a small duck. Slinging her longbow and quiver onto her back and strapping on her sword-belt, she looks about herself. noting the fire being started abover her. Grinning she nimbly climbs the rock face and hops onto the ledge, landing in a squatting position near the fire. She looks at the wolf lighting the fire and grins, bearing a row of gleaming white, sharpened teeth. The warrior squirrel  places the grouse and the duck at the wolf's feet, as what she hopes to be seen as a peace offering. She sits, re-arranging her long dress about herself and laying her longbow at her side.

Rolling over and stretching, she smirks at the wolf watching her and taunts him with a little show of stretching her lithe limbs slowly, running her paws through her long russet hair before tying it back. Rolling up the blanket, she politely returns it to Nyx's quarters where she found it.

Upon returning, she slips her leathers over her arming "chemise," which was not but two bits of fabric that kept the leather from chafing and rubbing her fur off. Strapping her dagger to her upper thigh, throws her bastard sword over her back and covers most of it with her cloak. While checking the contents of her pack, she mused silently to herself about last night's events.

Late in the darkness, while everyone was asleep, she had awoken, a bit hungry, and was rummaging through her pack for a bit of dried fish when she keen ears picked up low voices whispering, a bit further down the incline from the caves in the deep shadows of the edge of the forest. Pulling on her cloak and weilding her dagger, she slipped silently down the incline to invesigate.

As she skirted the shadows, cloak pulled low over her head so she doesn't give her position with a glint of eyeshine or the metal of her dagger, she notes the tiger is no longer at his post where he was to watch over them. A sick feeling in her gut nearly overwhelms her as she draws closer to the pair, recognizes one of the voices at the tiger, and the other reeking of human sweat and dirt.

Moving past the two, in between them and the village, she laid in wait for the human, listening to the conversation. Shocked, she learns that the tiger is naught but a slave to the humans, serving the Imperial Guard as a spy, and not only telling them of the wolf's plaque that he guarded, but also giving away their position!

"Traitor!" she seethed as the two parted and the human headed her way. As soon as he passed, she sprung from behind, slitting his throat expertly, and pulled the body into the bushes, covering it with dead leaves and branches to mask it for a few days. Satisfied they were safe for a little while longer, she resolves to take care of the tiger once and for all.

In the darkness, her night vision has kicked in, and she thanks the Goddess for giving her people the gift of nocturnal sight. Flanking the tiger and climbing back up the incline, out of sight, she casually trots back down to him as if she'd only awoken.

"Good evening," she says, "its a nice night for a walk, don't you think?"

The tiger only grunted in reply.

Sickened at the stench of the human on him, she crinkles her nose and attempts to make idle conversation, full of twists and turns, attempting to fool him into divulging what he knew of the Imperials. After a bit of frustration, she discovers him to be a bit of a dimwit, and most obviously nothing but a lackey.

Tired of playing a battle of wits with the unarmed, she changes direction and flirts a bit with the big lummox. Predictably, he lets down his guard and before he knows it, she's settled in his lap and has turned from tickling and teasing him to sinking her dagger deep within his abdomen.

The deed done, she drags his body off as well, huffing and panting at the dead weight, hides the body in some undergrowth, and returns with her sword to behead him, a fitting state for a turncoat. Stripping out of her now bloodsoaked arming chemise, leaves it behind with the body, carefully hidden nearby, and she pads to a nearby stream to clean her fur.

Shivering, wishing she could have had the luxury of another warm bath, but not wanting the others to notice what had transpired, she scurries back to camp and slips on a fresh set of arming clothes. Slipping beneath the blanket, she heaves a sigh of relief, hoping she just bought them some time.

In the morning, she was feeling quite chipper, her flirtatious show for the wolf was only a small example of the giddiness she felt inside for a job well done, even though they will never know what she did for them. Now she was more than ready for a hearty breakfast!

((Sorry I didn't do this before. Here are tid-bits of info on my character.))

Name: Nyx
Species: Dragoness
Weaponry: Two obsidian throwing axes, but mostly her own black magic; even though most of the time it backfires...

Character info:
Nyx's past is very vague to herself. She is the young age (in dragon terms) of 96 summers. There is no explanation of her color; there were no black dragons in her bloodline; her mother was a red dragoness, her father a green earth dragon, her two brothers were red as well. Her ancestors were also red and green, ocassionally blue. Since she had hatched out of her egg, she has always stuggled against darkness, and occasionally the darkness can cloud her concious mind enough to supress it and trigger destructive, almost unstoppable rages.

Dragon fact, explaining some of their ways:
 Dragonesses were rare occasions indeed, when they are born, their father carries them on his back to a cavern where they stay until the dragon king or dragon father of the cave decides that they are mature enought to leave. When they leave the cave by decision of the dragon king of the cavern, they are given a name.

Nyx's past:
Nyx left her cave at the age of 15 summers (still a chick in draconic terms) in search of adventure without the dragon king knowing. She raised herself, sharpening her dark magic and fighting skills mysteriously; as if she already knew how. She learned to despise humans, learning of how they killed many of her kind. She never recieved a name; and has always lived under a name crowned upon her by humans. She was named after Nyx, the primordal greek goddess of night.

Looks at the two birds at His feet, smiles, thanks the squirrelfor her efforts, starts to pluck and clean the birds, saving their giblets, he throws them and the birds in a stew pot, taking the last of His dried meat adding it with some herbs,  puts them to cook. He thinks, it's not much but better than nothing. He takes what was left of the broth from earlier, shakes razi gently and leaves it beside her. move to the cave entrance and start to pratice the manual of arms, thrusts, parries, and blocks. I wish to myself I had someone to practice with, knowing My skills wouldn't stay at supream sharpness unless I have a skilled opponent.

*~ The dragoness scooted out of the wolf's way. He was preparing to train. She wanted no part of it at the current moment, for it was likely that the darkness that was coming onto her could have such a strong hold, that if the wolf had even touched her, it may trigger a rage. She was trying to make her mind a bit more clearer, more sane, so that if they were to leave the cave soon, she could be ready to go as well and not be an encumberence. She contemplated to herself, staring out over the tree tops, silently gathering things from her visitors. She had sensed trickery amoung one, now that had disappeared. She also sensed the silent affection between the wolf and kitsune... She sensed a negative energy throughout the space, but was unsure if it were her own aurora now that she was slowly having a spell of darkness. She reached out to that negative energy, now knowing it wasn't hers, but it seemed blocked. She sighed to herself. She wasn't going to reach out to the others, it would be rude to probe their minds anymore than what she had already. Nyx crossed her legs and swayed her tail from side to side, staring out at the forest somewhat dreamily. She had to keep thinking, using her mind in order to keep it from being supressed and completely taken over by the dark force that was overwhelming her.~*

     Nikola grins toothily and stands, brushing off her tail and clothing. Taking up her longbow again, she goes to the entrance of the cave. Standing dtill as stone, the warrior squirrelmaid looks to the skies, smiling as a shooting star crossed her line of vision. A noise is carried to her by the wind and her attention snaps to the dark forest.  She snaps the tip off of an arrow and shot it into the direction of the sound. Jumping from the ledge, she dashes to where her arrow fell. A pair of hunting dogs are in the clearing. One of the dogs dash off at the sight of her. The other dog yelps and limps quickly away as she nears. A small brown bundle of fur is curled up near where the dogs had been.

     Moving slowly, Nik inches towards the thing. It shifts and whimpers a little, and she jumps. Nik hadn't expected the thing to be alive. She moves to it and touches what she thinks to be a shoulder. It turns over, covering a face with a pair of velvety brown wings. It peeks over them, showing a bright pair of doe-brown eyes, looking at her inquisitively. Nik blinks, looking down at the little flying fox. It couldn't be any more than a few months old. She stares at it, wondering where it's mother could be. It looks up at her, and sniffs. It smiles hugely and babbles at her. "mama!"

    Nik jumps back a few feet, confused. "mama?" she says, cocking her head at the little fur. The flying fox sits itself up, propping it's head on it's wings "Mama!" It flaps its wings a few times and flops over to her feet, climbing up the front of her dress and locking it's wings around her neck. It nuzzles it's face into the ide of her neck and falls asleep. Nik stands there, stunned, unsure of what was going on. She shakes her head slightly and slings her bow on her back. Wrapping her arms around the bat, she begins to carefully make her way up to the cave. Nik stops, looking at the bundle in her arms. "Rukkia" she sighs, placing a hand on it's head. "If I have to mind you, you'll be called Rukkia"

*~Nyx's eyes were glazed over, she wanted badly to respond to the wolf's cry, but her body seemed so far away. The darkness was beginning to consume her consious mind. She felt as if she were floating, and unable to get to her body. She couldn't respond, couldn't move. She could only watch. In her mind, she kicked and screamed as the darkness swirled around her like blood in water. She reached out, stretched to her limits, and was somehow able to fight this urge off. She closed her eyes, and suddenly, she had control again. "There's something out there." she said quietly. "I can feel a negative energy amid the forest. It's not human. But I can't tell if it's a fur either." She looked up at the wolf, her eyes not the bright glimmering rey before. But they seemed darker and clouded.~*

Rhakshi didn't know how long he could hold the darkness away ("what is happenning to me?") as his body starting to become enshrouded in darkness he seemed to have less control of his own thoughts. He went down to his knees holding his head in dire pain seemingly losing his grip on his own body. He could sense a being nearby who seemed to be experiencing something similar, but feeling this made him only hurt more. Eventually he couldn't fight it, whatever it is had taken him. He got back up to his knees, his entire body seemingly covered by darkness, his eyes were piercing red, and he had a daemonic growl.  He was no longer panicked though, he seemed to have accepted what had just happened, thoughts of destruction passed through his mind and he let out a daemonic laugh echoeing through the cave.

the dark lord climbed up the last few metres, not longer able to wait for the sorceress to get there.  he jumped the last metre landing on the edge staring into the clearly surprised faces of other furries. he could sence the darkness about two of them, one he could clearly make out to be the blackscaled dragoness by the fire, and his trained mind could clearly make out the flows of dark energies flow among her scales, maybe even affecting their color.he recognised the origin of this darkness to that of his own, the dark realm where he reign. he could also sence a far more sinister darknessmanifestation inside the cave. no match for him of course, but still sinister. within a few seconds he had collected his mind about the group. and crossed his arms across his chest. looking more confident as time pass. he finally raises his hatted head enough for everyone to see his furry features as high up as to under the eyes, them being of pure darkness would not serve as a good impression. he's not intending on letting them know quite yet.

"I believe it is in my place to introduce myself." he smirks unnoticeably and continues;
"Youngbull is my name..." he finishes it to himself with a grin hidden by his coatbrim; '...and Darkness is my game.' he looks at the furrs awaiting their responce, slowly walking towards the fire and the dark leviathan seated there.

*~Nyx saw the black wolf enter the cave. She heard him state his name as 'Youngbull.' Yet she heard 'And Dakrness is my game.' flash across her thoughts. She tensed as the wolf sat by the fire with her. This was the negative prescence that she had sensed... She eyed the wolf trying to read his feelings, but she couldn't. She didn't know what to expect. Her eyes cleared and became brighter. She hoped that his dark being wouldn't effect the darkness trying to overtake her.~*

Youngbull sat there staring into the fire then convinced the dragoness had heard the thought he had let pass through his mind's enclouded barrier. he stared up at her looking into her now bright eyes, with eyes that contradicted hers, his eyes radiated with darkness like if his eyes were nothing but dark smoke. this sight was, of course, for nyx's eyes only, he had set up a visual illusion for the rest, in their eyes his eyes were eyes a fairytaleprince worthy. but to her they were orbs of darkness which smoke seemed to gather at the corner of his eyes that were raised highest. he smirked at her wondering and almost shocked apearance, then just looked back down into the fire and spoke to her;
"You would be Nyx, am i right?" again letting a line of thought pass through the cloudbarrier '...the imfamous black dragon, born from a family of red and green dragons, leaving her cave at the age of only 15...' he could feel her mind digging back into her past.
when she confirmed that she was, naturally curious as to how this stranger knew he spoke again to her;
"Oh, you'r an object of interrest in domain..." and followed it with another thought. '...your darkness is not unknown to me...'

he stoped, letting her take in what he had said and thoughtsimply watching the fires consume the wood, it reminded him of the air of his realm of darkness. he had more than once taken objects back into his realm, not invitingly as an invitation would counter the air's effect. and he saw how the objects would simply scorch to dark ashes in a manner of seconds, depending on the size, and that ash would be picked up by the air and flewn across the ashlands that made out the ground, ashes, yet hard as rock.to all else he would look like he was missing something, or someone, maybe even giving the impression that he had been thrown out of his country for some reason, maybe by a human invasion, who knows which thoughs would form in someones mind.

he then turned his gaze towards the darkness of the cave, his eyes naturally attuned to even pitch-black darkness he could clearly see the being tormented by the darkness inside it. he raised up and streightened his longcoat, before he made his way past the dragoness with a smirk on his face, walking towards the creature inside, calling on his powers of darkness, to the others the darkness surrounding him would seem like a shimmering light, and all he would do would look like the doings of light. he loved to affect impressions by confusion, and illusions was one of his specialties.
he called upon the darkness of the creature forcing it to show itself to him.

the being once known as Rhakshi sensed a being coming in through the cave, a dark presence about him. Rhakshi's body seemed to phase in and out of reality for surely he did not belong to this one anymore. The creature coming in to the caves seemed to have an over confident sense about him, especially when he called upon him. Rhakshi faded into the darkness of the caves with only his voice that came out of the shadows echoeing through the cave. "Perhaps youve never fought nothing you couldn't beat, or maybe youve never fought something that was worth beating. But I, my friend am neither of those" the daemonic voice fading in the darkness.

*~Nyx began to sweat. She was tired of all this, all the things that clouded her thoughts. The black wolf was able to read her like a book. It had dug into her thoughts; it knew about her past and her problem with the dark force trying to overtake her. She sighed. Once again, she was swallowed with guilt and her willpower against the darkness was weakening. She thought to herself, Why do you keep resisting this thing? The more you resist it, the more you suffer. You can just end it all by accepting what you were born with. You know this, and yet you still refuse the power. Think of the things you could do... You would no longer have to struggle. Her thoughts seemed to fade, as if they were originating into another voice from the outside. Like someone trying to cajole her into a pit of evil. She continued to gaze at the fire. Suddenly, she sensed a throng of human royals outside her cave. There was no doubt about this. They were coming for the escaped furs, to anielate them. She could feel the thoughts of the men, almost as if she were actually a part of them. They were going to come in and slaughter them all. "There are humans coming. I can feel them, they're getting ready to enter the cave. We need to get out now you guys." She looked at the others who had already comforted themselves in her abode~*

((Sorry, I hope you don't mind, I thought maybe we should move out of the cave seeing how this roleplay is about humans trying to destroy us and all. I'll edit the post if anyone has an issue about this.))

((NP nyx, just let them come he he, I'll just continue this till they get here))
Youngbull saw the phasing creature, it felt nothing different from what he'd fought to take the dark realm for his, and they stood no great threat, back then he hadn't learned how to control the darkness either, but now he mastered it, they wouldn't stand a ghost of a Chance now, and probably wouldn't this creature either. he reached out to this creature through his thoughts;
'I've fought greater foes than you, I've made the very realm of darkness kneeling beneath me, including the very being of utter darkness who's now my loyal subject, I've left it to ashes, dust, pain and agony. I'm the master of darkness in it's purest and most evil form, what hope you think you stack against me?' he laughs a laughter so maniacally, twisted and evil it would cut through the heart and soul of whomever listening, therefore he had channeled a web of  illusions to mask it, so those not being Nyx or this creature would hear it as a pure laughter, like a good prince.

he smirked and walked closer to this fiend of darkness. his eyes so attuned to darkness he could see the cave as it was lit up by it's own sun. he walked all the way up to it and stared it into it's glowing red eyes with a gaze of pure darkness, showing no feelings or emotions. he grinned and whispered so no one would hear;
"join me and i will teach you how to fully channel your own darkness. join me living, or join me dead. join me dead and you will serve as nothing but a puppet, and at the same time only fuel my allready great power. one or another way, all darkness shall serve me in the end"  his eyes hadn't moved a bit and was now peering through the eyes of this dark creature, digging in it's mind, digging for it's origin. his eyes still feeling- and emotionless, and he now smirked so over confident it could scare anyone. he turned around and started walking towards the entrance of the cave, still engulfed in darkness.

((nothing personal rhakshi ^-^))

a creature seemed to be speaking in the back of Rhakshi's mind "you are now, I recall a time much earlier, hahah" Rhakshi unwillingly raised his hand as if about to attack but instead nothing. The third party demon or whatever continously argueing "huh, perhaps he's not quite ready yet. Well, there shall be a time" The darkness appeared to have left Rhakshi's body as he fell to the ground unconscious. Unaware on what truly what was happening.

I finish My practice, wipe the weat from My brow and slide My sword into its scabbard. I notice that half the cave still sleep and shout to waken them .  I move back to the fire, taking a spoon I test the stew, finding it quite tasty, I serve Myself a bowl. I crouch down, slowly eating My stew, waiting for razi and nik to awaken.

Nik makes her way back to the cave, the batling cooing to itself as it sleeps, nuzzled against her chest. She sighs, stroking the back of a velvet ear. Coming to the entrance to the cave, she finds it's occupants to be abuzz, there was a murmur that the humans would soon be near enough to strike. Nik gasps, drawing attention to herself. She sighs and averts her gaze to the ground, wondering what the rest of the group would be thinking of the little bundle of fur firmly attached to her chest.

Youngbull walks out of the cave, seemingly from thin air as he steps out of the dark cave.he notices the worried faces of the furrs around the fire and smells the presence of  the filthy human soldiers, and smirks secretly hidden behind the coatbrim. scouts secretly with his eyes for the soldiers, spotting a few among the bushes at the foot of the cliff.
goes and sits down at the fire. studying the flames dance their lifes away, then opens the mouth saying in an almost careless way;
"Hope you're ready for a tough fight, cause we're soon in for a human attack"
