If you could choose what you absolutely not want to die from, what would it be? I'll start.
Suffocating/Drowning

Falling into some sort of industrial processing thing sounds like a horribly way to go as you'll probably be slowly crushed, grinded to bits, or horribly mangled by some sort of solvent or other nasty chemical before you die.
The iffy thing about this is that I actually vwork on heavy industry so all these things and even containers full of molten metal to fall into are there right in front of me, but it's luckily never going to happen as they hold very serious safety regulations there. So if I'd die there it'll probably be to something more boring.
Talking about unrealistic, I think the absolute worst way to die is by being eaten by thousands of small insects like ants or something.
But that'd never happen, as before there will be so many insects that they'd start attacking people the consequentially increased number of things that eat those insects will have just nommed so many of the insects that the numbers will drop to normal again.

Probably the worst way to go that I've heard of is the old execution method via Brazen Bull. They stuff you inside a metal bull and light a fire under it to heat it up, roasting you inside. Incredibly painful and drawn-out way of dying.

Injury or illness

Nuclear explosion is my pick.
Always feared of dying that way.
It still keeps me up at nights.

Being buried alive or swallowed whole is the first thing that comes to mind.

getting punched to death in an alleyway by my school bullies

Asphyxiation would be the worst way to go to me, whether by choking, drowning, or anything else.

hypothermia for me
freezing, probably one of the slowest for sure

Getting hit by a clown car when heading out to do grocery shopping.

I really don't want to die by murder. For obvious reasons.

Drowning will be my pick.

Anything other then being hung. Like ... I hate not being able to breathe and tight things, no way.

Exposure in general. A saber that is not at optimal temperature is not a happy one.

Well, it's a bit bleak but if you ever have to choose between hypothermia and hyperthermia (undercooling / overcooling) then choose hypothermia all day, it's a much less unpleasant way to die and it also increases your chances of survival.

I’d never want to see myself trapped somewhere, only to slowly die.
Not only do I fear abandonment more than anything, but it’d also be a painful way to go.

My pick would be not to starve to death, or get burned alive.
