Has an 8-bit feel to it with the sound of "clockwork with a dark-tone" though. Might I recommend MuLab with some VST's/VSTi's to help you out further?

I like the last 1/3 of the song the most, feels like some quaint lobby room music to me!

Made it entirely in Mario Paint composer (the one from 2008). I think I Might use the updated version with more sample sets and stuff if I can find it

It sounds really discordant to me but it isn't bad - just a weird hodge-podge of things.
